And now that I'm back in my beloved Pittsburgh, I feel like I'll need an afternoon to devise an excuse for moving away. I want people to come to Pittsburgh because I can't stop talking about it, apprently, when I leave. Maybe I can get my library science degree in Chicago. And ride the el all the time, because it's not really public transportation as much as a constantly-moving tableaux. Which, in my opinion, is the kind of innovation modernity should furnish in the first place.
Highlights: 1) Public transportation 2) Found books by Milosz and Salamun for cheap 3) sandwiches dipped in beef juice, ALL AT ONCE 4) heartbreaking panoramas 5) park bench conversations about compassion, naming, and postmodernity 6) tube sand 7) good friends.
Lowlights: Drinking too much.
